I am a cardiologist, a mother, and a believer in the quiet strength of handmade beauty.
My love for embroidery began in childhood — watching my mother, aunts, and grandmothers wear their hand-embroidered dresses with grace and pride. Each piece carried a story, a legacy, a touch of love that time could never fade.
As life grew busier between patients, motherhood, and modern routines, I found myself yearning for that authenticity again. Online shopping brought convenience, but not connection. I missed the warmth of something made by human hands — something that spoke of care, craft, and culture.
During my medical journeys across Pakistan, I met artisans whose extraordinary work was often undervalued. Their skill, their patience, their art — all deserved to be seen and celebrated.
And so, Heirloom and Love was born — a home for handcrafted stories, where every artisan is family, every creation a legacy, and every thread a tribute to love that lasts.
